From a bypass kitchen to a full floor
How a family restaurant at the city entrance ended up running food on rails.
We opened on the Sanala bypass, next to Papaji Funworld, at the point where Morbi starts. The kitchen covers Punjabi, Gujarati, Chinese and South Indian, because families come in groups and everyone wants something different. The toy train started as a way to get food to the table. Now children ask for it before they sit down, and it is the reason most people find us in the first place. Lunch is where we keep it simple: unlimited Gujarati thali at ₹150, served fast. The train went on the floor
First run of the miniature train carrying orders to tables. It has not stopped since.
